ESTIMATED SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated shipping times are located on each product page. Please note that these are only estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a new shipment date. At that time, you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item, or cancel the entire order. We will do our best to keep you updated on issues that arise due to any back up in production. If there is a problem, we will alert you as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Eligible items can be returned once you have requested and received a written authorization by BOBO within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us at claims@bobointriguingobjects.com and we will provide you with a return authorization label to return your product. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. For all lighting, once it has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return. Oversize and Freight Returns: Returns for furniture and oversize items that travel via freight can be arranged by contacting claims@bobointriguingobjects.com. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee will incur.
PRODUCT VARIATION
Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; BOBO Intriguing Objects assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
Credit Cards: In the event of a disputed credit card charge, which is ultimately found to have been legitimate or which otherwise finds, in whole or in part, in favor of BOBO Intriguing Objects, the customer shall be responsible for all attorneys' fees and costs borne by BOBO Intriguing Objects. The terms of any purchase from or dispute with BOBO Intriguing Objects shall be governed by Georgia law, and any litigation arising out of such dispute shall be brought in the State of Georgia.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. BOBO Intriguing Objects reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of an order. Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and BOBO Intriguing Objects reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after an order has been submitted). Certain orders constitute improper use of the Site. BOBO Intriguing Objects reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at BOBO Intriguing Object's sole discretion. Items purchased pursuant to a quantity discount may be re-priced upon cancellation.
