SHIPPING

There are multiple options for getting BOBO product into your home. Shipping can be complicated, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for extra support.


GENERAL INFORMATION

Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.

Many of our items are oversized and require delivery via freight carriers.   This method of shipping often takes longer than small parcel shipping and may take up to 14 days to ship.


STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard freight deliveries are outsourced to a professional third party delivery service. When choosing a standard freight delivery, the product will be dropped at your doorstep and it will be your responsibility to bring the product into your home, unpack and assemble. We do not recommend this option for large oversized items, but want to give our customers the option to choose. If you have any questions on whether you should choose white glove option, please read below or contact our customer service team. 

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

White Glove delivery is a premium service. We recommend this option for large oversized items or for customers that would like extra help with unpacking and assembly. The third party white glove delivery company will contact you to schedule an appointment. Most companies operate Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. Saturday Delivery may be available for an extra fee. Please contact our customer service team to make this request.

Before your appointment, please make sure that your home is prepared and all existing furniture is removed from the installation area. The delivery team can not move existing furniture or remove unwanted furniture. Failure to do so, may result in extra fees or rescheduling a delivery.


ISSUE WITH DELIVERY?  

We aim for a flawless customer experience, but unfortunately things don't always go as planned. If you had an issue with a recent delivery, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
