There are multiple options for shipping BOBO product.
We believe in simplified shipping and have developed a flat rate shipping program.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. All items that are in-stock and can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship within 3-7 business days. We are unable to ship to P.O. and A.P.O boxes.
Many of our items are oversized and require delivery via freight carriers. This method of shipping often takes longer than small parcel shipping and may take up to 14 days to ship. There are two options for freight delivery, standard delivery and white glove. The differences are noted below. For shipping rates, please refer to our rate cards.
STANDARD FREIGHT DELIVERY
Standard freight deliveries are outsourced to a professional third party delivery service. We provide a flat rate fee based on delivery zone. Residential addresses will charged a lift gate fee and delivery fee. Reference the rate chart below.
WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
White Glove delivery is a premium service. The third party white glove delivery company will contact you to schedule an appointment. Most companies operate Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. Saturday Delivery may be available for an extra fee. Please contact our customer service team to make this request.
Before your appointment, please make sure that your site is prepared and all existing furniture is removed from the installation area. The delivery team can not move existing furniture or remove unwanted furniture. Failure to do so, may result in extra fees or rescheduling a delivery.
